Refunds and Cancellations

We require written notice of cancellation 14 days before the first day of your child's registered program in order to issue a 50% credit. If you need to change the week(s)/day(s) your child attends PUDDLESTOMPERS, we will do our best to accommodate you, pending availability.

Sibling Discount

A 10% Sibling Discount can be applied to the second child's tuition in the following programs: Child/Adult Weekly Classes, Summer Program, Vacation Programs. If registering on our website, the discount will applied by PUDDLESTOMPERS.

Inclement Weather

In case of inclement weather, PUDDLESTOMPERS programs may be moved to an indoor location. This decision is made the morning of the program. To find out if you class has been moved, please call our weather line at 781.235.6677 ex.2 after 8:30.

PUDDLESTOMPERS makes every attempt to explore outdoors, no matter what the weather. Always come prepared with outdoor clothes!

In case of extreme weather, PUDDLESTOMPERS follows the local school district.
If school is cancelled, PUDDLESTOMPERS classes will be cancelled as well. Call the weather line the morning of the program.

Drop-Off Programs

Children must be potty-trained to attend any drop-off program.

Late pick-up from a drop-off program is subject to a $25 Late Pick-Up fee.
