PUDDLESTOMPERS handles registration for Arlington, Needham and Newton. For Sudbury and Wellesley, registration is handled by the specific Park & Recreation Department and subject to that town's specific policies and procedures. Information is listed below.

For ARLINGTON, fill in, print, and send registration form and release form with a check made payable to PUDDLESTOMPERS to: PUDDLESTOMPERS, 47A River Street Wellesley, MA 02481. Registration will be confirmed by phone within a week of receipt of check and is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Full payment is due with registration. No refunds made unless class is cancelled. For NEEDHAM, fill in, print, and send registration form and release form with a check made payable to PUDDLESTOMPERS to: PUDDLESTOMPERS, 47A River Street Wellesley, MA 02481.
