Join PUDDLESTOMPERS as we explore winter, the season of rest!
Learn about how animals survive the winter and why evergreens keep their leaves. Look for animal tracks and other signs of winter activity. Play with snow and ice and explore the concept of temperature. Observe changes in light through shadows and rainbows.
Winter Weekly Classes are based indoors and will venture outside when temperature and weather allow. Each week will focus on a different seasonal topic as we explore the ways winter gives way to spring.
Classes include hands-on activities, games, songs, craft, story and snack.

Winter 2010 Classes
Nature is full of vibrant colors and graceful designs. Join us as we learn about the natural world through exploration and art! We will use nature for inspiration as we create beautiful and fun creative projects. Each class will explore a different theme through movement activities, hands-on investigation, stories, games, and outdoor exploration. We will then use what we learn to spark our artistic creativity and make nature focused art projects.
These drop-off classes for 3-6 year olds will be based in the PUDDLESTOMPERS Nature Center at beautiful Nahanton Park where we will venture outside when the weather allows. Each session lasts two weeks- sign up for one, two or three sessions!
